We have lots of experience with project management and a wide range of construction projects, so we know how to estimate those timeframes and hold our team accountable to meeting them. Far too many construction companies over promise and under deliver on timelines and budget, but we are not one of those companies. We provide an accurate estimate up front and spend time answering any questions you have so you know exactly what to expect during the process.

Sometimes we run into things we didn’t expect once we get started on a project, such as concerns with the existing pipes in a bathroom remodel or mold issues below or behind kitchen cabinets. Anytime something comes up that’s unexpected, we talk it through with you as soon as possible. We’ll educate you on the options to move forward and offer our professional insights of the best next step along with any impact to timeline or budget. Whether a small or large issue, we promise you’ll always know what’s happening with your project.

Construction and remodeling projects can be complex, and there are often little and big things that you may not think about until we start discussing the details of your project. The first on-site meeting is for our owners to get a sense of the scope of your project and which team members will need to be involved for things like plumbing, electrical, woodworking, etc. Then we bring those team members back for a second meeting to measure, plan, and estimate the time and materials needed so we can provide an accurate estimate for your project.

Construction can get a little noisy and messy at times, but we do everything we can to minimize the disruptions during your project. We will keep you posted on the timeline of when noisy activities may be occurring and use plastic sheeting to protect your belongings and seal off the construction area when dust is likely. For commercial projects, we offer an option for evening and weekend service so our crews aren’t working during your business hours.

Ensuring the space is ready for us when we arrive is an important step in keeping your project on time. For larger remodel jobs or flooring projects, it’s important to clear all personal belongings and furniture from the area before the first day of the project. For smaller jobs like interior painting projects, furniture can usually be moved to the center of the room or as far from the walls as possible. We’ll talk through necessary steps to prepare when we schedule a start date for the project. If you’re not able to move furniture from the project area, our team may be able to help, but it’s important to know that in advance.
